The Pioneer Training Center is a community of emerging and existing pioneers and a hub for encouragement, support, and ministry equipping. It is a place to discover your calling, develop your ministry skills, and better discern how to reach new frontiers with the gospel.

Pioneers are missionary disciples called to find creative ways to engage and reach a group of people who are uncomfortable or unfamiliar with the established church.

The pre-requisite for joining the Pioneer Training Center is a semester-long virtual residency we call Pioneer Basic Training. Comprised of three modules each (13 lessons total), Basic Training equips pioneers to better understand who God has called them to BE, what he has asked them to DO, and where he is calling them to GO. Pioneers will journey in group of 8-12 with a "trail guide" who facilitates learning in virtual workshops. The fruit of Pioneer Basic Training is a completed "Pioneer Field Guide" customized for each pioneer.
